How to write about myself?
Never an easy thing to do but here goes.
From the age of 15 to the age of 32, I spent a lot of time in gyms. The people I worked out with were hardcore body builders. For 10 of those 17 years, I was as well. The other 7, I was getting fatter, working harder, building a family. It ended when I thought powerlifting would solve my problems.
Instead, I found myself able to bench 450 lbs and realizing no one cared except my cousin who was with me when I did it. Except for a few old folks on the cardio machines the gym was empty.
So I was 428 lbs with a 60 inch waist. For some reason my heart was in perfect condition (I found out why and if you ask I will tell you my secret) and my physical proved it but I looked like a mess.
This was where I started and it only got worse from there until 5 years ago.
I am not perfect but I am in the process of getting to a level of health that is far better than I ever imagined.
I have a 44-46 inch waist at the moment depending on the day and time of day. This will be edited as things improve. My goal is 36-38 inch waist.
I am someone who knows the difference between right and wrong workouts and the bullshit put out by most gyms. I know why men over 40 should stop trying to impress others and should start impressing their bodies into hardcore healing machines. I wont dare preach anything until I make it myself and prove my theories are right but until them you can follow my process.
I don't always follow logic so questions and comment are a huge help. If you want to heal yourself and don't know where to start I will make a suggestion otherwise seek another journeyman.
Thank you. Namaste!
