Qigong, Good Eating, Yoga, and Blood Sugar

What can I say but sorry for the delay in getting this post out the door.

Several cool things happening after 7 days into my eating healthy dark chocolate challenge.

One, my blood sugar levels in the morning and in the afternoon, at least two hours after I eat lunch are around 144. That is after I reduced my Metaformin by half.  That has not happened before; it would be very different morning and afternoon. The other is a reduction in inflammation from the stretching, twisting, and pulling of Yoga and Qigong. I also feel far more energized that I have in a long time.

To me, getting up in the morning and feeling like getting my workout done is not always easy but it is the difference between the readiness of a Panther and the lumbering of a cow and I choose the Panther.

I will be writing this week about a formula of grains that I use to basically scrape my arteries and veins. There are fiber formulas to cleanse your colon and there is cranberry to detoxify your urinary so why not something for the miles of blood vessels, veins, arteries, and heart that plaque up and begin to shrink when age or diet isn’t so friendly anymore.

This basic formula allowed me to have a 110 over 80 when I was 428 pounds and continues to care for my heart and circulatory system so I am as vibrant as a spring tiger. Eek! I hope that wasn’t bordering TMI but with all the drugs out there that say one thing while affecting 10 others I choose the natural way. Best of all this formula as developed by a doctor in the late 1950’s or 60’s and resulted in many testimonials of tennis and golf elbows and knees becoming fully functional again.

Thanks for reading,

Bill
